Your Role

As an Agency Partnership Manager, your main mission is to build and grow the agency partnerships that fuel our pipeline, while managing and expanding our most important client relationships. Working closely with our Account Director, you'll be Upcut's ambassador in the market.

Your responsibilities

Agency Partnership (70%)

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with media agencies to expand Upcut's reach and generate referral-driven business opportunities
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and social events to build the agency's visibility and your professional network

Key Account Management (30%)

  • Manage, retain and grow our key account portfolio (upsell & cross-sell)
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's brand, business objectives, KPIs, and competitive landscape to anticipate needs and deliver strategic recommendations

Your Profile

  • You have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in account management, business development, or a client-facing commercial role in a creative / media agency, media rep firm, or digital advertising environment.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of advertising and media culture, with a good eye for aesthetics.
  • You have an established network of agencies (creation, media, PR)
  • You are comfortable with AI tools or eager to dive in. 
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
  • You are fluent in NL or FR. EN required.

Your Role

As a Client Success Manager, your main mission will be nurturing existing clients and managing ongoing projects. Working closely with our Account Director, you will be the point of contact between the production team and the client.

Your responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, leading day-to-day communication to keep them informed of project progress and delivery dates
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's brand, business objectives, KPIs, and competitive landscape to anticipate needs and deliver strategic recommendations
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Project Ownership

  • Build and manage project timelines, retroplanning, and validation phases; anticipate and resolve bottlenecks
  • Manage project budget and invoicing, and track margins
  • Ensure that every deliverable meets Upcut's quality standard

Your Profile

  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, account management, or a client-facing commercial role in a creative / media agency, media rep firm, or digital advertising environment
  • You have the ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
